Steve joined Burgess Properties in 2005 and became President of the company in 2020. Steve has experience in both leasing as well as investment sales and has worked across all asset classes. Steve has completed transactions totaling in the millions of SF.
Senior Associate
Charlie joined Burgess Properties in 2022, bringing with him brokerage experience after having worked on the CBRE Industrial team. Prior to CBRE, Charlie worked as Director of Sales at Bully Boy Distillers. BA- Fordham University; MBA- Babson College.

Bill joined Burgess Properties in 2022, bringing with him extensive experience as The President of The Clark Company. Bill has represented local and international clients throughout his career.
